Return/Refund Questions?

 What is our return policy?

      We adhere to a policy of final sales, wherein returns are not accepted. However, in the event that a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product, we kindly request that you promptly contact us via email with photographic evidence of the issue. This must be done within 10 days of receiving your package. Please note that returns for items such as wrong sizing choice will not be considered. The item must be unworn and in its original condition for us to process a refund. Upon verification of the issue, we will provide a return shipping label. Please note, a $5 fee will be deducted for the return shipping label. Once the return is inspected and processed, a refund inclusive of applicable taxes will be issued to you. It is important to note that any incurred customs and duties fees will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Sizing Questions

 What size will be best for me?

    When selecting an Abaya from our collection, we recommend choosing a size that aligns with your personal preferences. For instance, if you are 5'2", opting for a size 52 Abaya will result in a length that reaches your ankles and extends slightly below, though not to the floor. Conversely, selecting a size 54 will ensure that the Abaya gracefully touches the floor, possibly sweeping across it. In the case of individuals wearing larger sizes, such as large or above, we advise sizing up for an optimal fit. Although for our wide-fit abayas, we advise sticking to your height for the optimal fit. Order Questions

     Why was my order cancelled?

      While we strive to maintain accurate stock availability for each product, very rarely discrepancies may arise, leading to unavailability of certain items. In such instances, it may be necessary to cancel the affected orders. Rest assured, should a cancellation occur, you will promptly receive a full refund. We appreciate your understanding in such unforeseen situations.

      We ensure the dispatch of all our items within 1-3 business days, which is Monday through Friday. The estimated delivery time varies based on your location and the chosen shipping rate, typically ranging from 3 to 8 business days for orders placed in the USA. Your order will be processed efficiently, and we strive to provide a prompt and reliable delivery service. Observed Holidays are excluded from dispatching days, and delivery times will vary during holiday.

   Do you offer international shipping?

     We provide international shipping services to select countries. Our commitment to prompt service is reflected in the dispatch of all items within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday.
